On-Site Consulting

We have knowledgeable people who can help you accomplish anything with a PC, network or the internet. We can build your network from the ground up and show you how to keep it secure. We can also help you with software applications from installation to personal instruction.

Hours of Operation
Typical support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This does not include major holidays. After hours and weekend service is available with prior approval.

Service Fees
One Network charges $100 per hour for scheduled appointments. On-site work is billed at a minimum of 1 hour. On-site work also requires a $20 trip fee. After the first hour, time is billed in half-hour increments. Out of area visits may incur additional travel charges.

Remote support is also available with a half-hour minimum charge. When calculating billable time we always round down.  

Turnaround Time
Appointments for service can be booked during normal business hours. Most often, an appointment will be scheduled within 2 business days of the request. Computer emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis. Emergency visits during business hours are charged the same hourly rate if a technician is available during the emergency. If an emergency visit requires cancellation of other scheduled appointments or after hours support, an overtime fee of $120 per hour may be applied.

Billing
Invoices for service are sent out each Monday via US Mail or email (depending on your preference). Invoices are due on receipt. Late fees will be applied if a payment is not received within 30 days of the original invoice. All hardware and software goods will be billed in advance of installation. We accept major credit cards, cash or check. For large projects, we will ask for at least 50% payment up front.

Maintenance
Scheduled network and server maintenance can be provided to ensure proper function of your business network. Talk to us about creating a service plan that works for your business.

Hosting

We no longer offer direct hosting plans. However, we help our clients find the right hosting provider for email, file backup, websites, etc. We recommend several Microsoft Exchange email hosting providers, website registrars, etc. Contact us with questions.

Web Design

We do not specialize in web design, however, we can help you with subtle changes to an existing site. If you would like a referral to a qualified web designer, check out our partners or feel free to contact us.
